These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REDG Blast platform (“Service”), including any websites, applications, APIs, and messaging services operated by REDG Blast (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any carrier or industry guidelines. You may not use the Service to send unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or spam messages.
3. Messaging compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from contacts before messaging them, maintaining opt-out requests, and registering any required 10DLC brands or campaigns. We provide tools to help you comply, but compliance with messaging laws remains your responsibility.
4. Fees and billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Usage-based charges, such as per-message fees, are billed in arrears. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by REDG Blast and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDG Blast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
